Recent miscellaneous improvements on CyberOffice eCommerce Platform:

• CyberOffice Franchise & Shopping Mall now supports a "store locator": Customers can select Region/State => City/Suburb => Shop/Vendor to browse products only under the set criteria. Entries are automatically created when a new seller uploads products to the database. If a particular store is selected, the headings will change to reflect the selected store in question. • Just a quick note, CyberBuild product upload page now has an improved inventory level interface that allows you to specify the stock level for each combination of various product options. This is in turn displayed to the customers on the storefronts. Contact us to upgrade the software if you are in need of the new feature on your site for better inventory management.

• A new email newsletter add-on module is now available to CyberClub. It streamlines the signup process with a couple of clicks. New members will get a custom-formatted welcome message with a link to manage their own subscription and the login process automated. Click here experience it yourself....

• CyberBuild and CyberMall can now export more product feeds formatted specifically for submission to
  
        Google Base, Yahoo, Shopzilla, Shopping.Com, NexTag & Pricegrabber.
  
  Additional feeds can be easily provided upon request.

• CyberBuild can now automatically switch on member discount prices right after a member logs in. The feature can be ideal if you plan to offer wholesale and/or reseller prices to different kind of customers. The markup can be global, category specific or down to individual items. • A new customized version of CyberBuild has been developed to incorporate instant digital download sales + delivery of conventional merchandise, all in one. It is ideal for selling MP3 music or high quality photos DVD movies, electronic books or documents, on top of regular CDs, DVDs, picture frames, accessories, etc. Click for  more information...

• Batch random coupon code generation based on a "root" coupon template has been added to CyberShop. This feature allows you to sell the secondary coupon codes as Gift Certificates or print them on promotional flyers for a trade show. You can in turn sell the gift certificates using our instant "PIN number" delivery module (with some extra cost).

• State-of-the-art contents caching technology has been implemented on CyberBuild and CyberMall, allowing the application to sustain extreme heavy traffic and large databases with moderate increase in CPU usage (similar to what Google uses).

• Improved Search Engine Optimization (SEO) algorithm. It now generates plain HTML pages for every category, brand, sub-category, list of products and product details.  The pages keep the same layout as the dynamic one and the integration is seamless for customers. • Full Google Analytics Integration on CyberBuild, CyberShop, & CyberMall tells you everything you want to know about how your visitors found you and how they interact with your site.

• CyberShop now supports full PayPal Web Payments Pro integration. On this "professional" level of services from PayPal, a convenient Express Checkout for exising PayPal users as well as a standard payment process (customers never leave your site) are provided. • Full Level-2 Google Checkout Integration allows seamless flows between CyberOffice Shopping Cart and Google eCommerce: You manage orders placed under Google Checkout from within CyberShop. Click for more information.

• A number of New B2B integration and display modules are now available, including EDI 850 (Purchase Order), EDI 855 (Order Acknowledgment), EDI 810 (Invoice), Kiosk Display, PDA Display (Windows Mobile OS), Yahoo XML Order Export. These provide further fulfillment service integration with CyberOffice eCommerce. (Contact us for more information).

• Centralized SQL query auditing against remote cross-site SQL injection attacks have been implemented in all CyberOffice eCommerce components. It covers built-in codes (in the DLLs) as well as custom codes added by third-party developers. Click to update the DLLs on your server.

• Generic Instant PIN Number Delivery add-on to CyberBuild or CyberMall is now available, ideal for selling mobile phone PINs, software licenses, or self-issued calling cards.

• Quick mailing list now accepts repeated sign-ups from the same email (in case the visitor forgot). And it will not reject a formal sign up during the checkout process (due to duplicate emails).

• The loading speed of storefront pages under IE now matches the speed under Firefox, and both are much improved.

• Added "Print Version" to list of results and improved the format on both the list and product detail pages to be cut-paste ready into your email newsletter program.

• List of Messages on the message log system on all un-attended messages from members or customers.

CyberBuild and CyberMall now support Google Sitemap & Froogle product feed for speedy search engine inclusions.

Auction template generation of HTML Source Codes to post on eBay etc. has been added to CyberMall and CyberBuild. It is be further enhanced with the automated eBay Checkout Redirect Integration module to process auction orders.

Internet enabled wireless devices, such a cell/mobile phones or scanners are supported via special modules written on WML (wireless markup language). The implemention covers nearly all i-series mobile phones.

Real-time currency converter to any currencies of customers' choices has now been built-in to CyberBuild and CyberMall.  See a demo site http://demo.smartwin.net/warehouse/special.htm.

State-of-the-art,  point accurency GeoIP credit card fraudulence detection has been integrated with CyberOffice Shopping Cart,   gives a peace-of-mind bonus to your online business (place a test order on our demo site,  go to the Order Details on the backend, click on the IP address to how it functions).

Updated, built-in integration with the latest version QuickBooks via qbXML and QuickBooks endorsed payment services Innovative Gateway Solutions. The enhancements provide better and customizable integrations with the popular accounting package.

Reverse auction Push Market Strategy has now been included in CyberMall. A potential supplier can browse the list of bids on any item, then opt to match the bid and inform the top bidder the offer.

In addition, the built-in User Rating system has been extended for buyers to rate on sellers (subject to the condition that the buyers have previously purchased from the sellers in question).

Updated, built-in integration with the latest version MYOB for Australia users.

Full CyberOffice eCommerce Platform Development Guide has been updated, includes all the new features in the recent releases.

• All CyberOffice programs have been upgraded to 100% style-sheet driven, namely all the colors and fonts etc. are centralized and defined in a main.css file. This gives you the option to match the colors to any existing theme of yours.
• Added the product suggestion feature "Customers who bought the items have also purchased..." to CyberOffice Shopping Cart. The program automatically searches the existing shopping order database and bring up the suggestion if found.
• IP address filtering on countries can now be added to CyberOffice Shopping Cart. Please download the necessary database from our download page (CyberShop section) and follow the instructions on ip2country.asp to upgrade the system. Using the module, you can take out any countries that you don't want to deal with.
• Auto in-stock notifcation emails on previously out-of-stock items added to CyberBuild, CyberMall and CyberShop. This is an enhanced feature of the Wish List function offered by CyberClub. The notification occurs as a background automation process, without human intervention.
• Auto-thumbnail image generation implemented on CyberOffice Warehouse Builder and CyberOffice Franchise Builder. This eases the pain for novice users to re-size product images.
• Added real-time shipping rate integration with Australia Post and FedEx (US domestic rates only). This is in line with our other real-time modules. You can order it from our Order page, or click to find more information.
• Added Batch Membership Renewal function to CyberClub so that outstanding membership renewal and proper credit card payment processing can be done by the Admin from the backend manager. The function can be accessed from Shop Manager -> Membership Manager -> List of Members.
• Added multiple column list of products templates to CyberBuild and CyberMall, added "Made-to-order" fields to the product detail page to collect customer input/requirements. Both of the features can be seen on our online demo.
• WYSIWYG Online Storefront Customization Wizard is included in CyberOffice Franchise Builder and CyberOffice Warehouse Builder to ease the creation and customization of a new franchise storefront.  This is ideal for changing styles, fonts, colors, texts on the fly (on top of any customized template suitable for your application).

CyberBuild and CyberMall now support multiple images upload, preview and display on the storefronts.  Also included a rotating banner ads module to run promotions for third parties.

Blind Bidding function added to CyberBuild and CyberMall. This makes it useful to sell dead stock and to accept counter offer from customers.

A number of important Payment Gateway systems have been added to CyberShop. These include LinkPoint API, EFSNet, Open ECHO, CyberSource and Australia Post. See Partners page for more details.

On-site Message Log for after-sale support. It facilities multiple-party communications between customer, shop manager, vendor, and account manager. This feature is apparent after you place a test order and following the link to view the order status.

On-site Warranty Log for product service warranty support has been integrated with CyberShop. This is ideal for IT or parts industry to track warranty services on faulty products.

Jan. - Mar. 2004

Full 100% support on open source MySQL high-end database has been implemented on all the CyberOffice eCommerce programs. This gives you a unique eCommerce platform on the market that combines the full power of Microsoft Active Serer Pages with MySQL.

An instant one-click Mail Listing sign up form has been implemented to all CyberOffice eCommerce programs, which also allows an auto account creation on the checkout page of CyberOffice Shopping Cart.

Integration to PayMate, an Australian version of PayPal for instant business account to accept credit card payment  has been added to CyberShop.

Oct. - Dec. 2003

CyberShop's Shop Manager now provides a convenient Off-Line order entry facility (e.g. for taking phone or shop orders), with real-time inventory and customer recall mechanism.

CyberOffice Trading Mall dispatches an incoming master order concerning multiple vendors into sub-orders, with appropriate shipping fee and state taxes for each of them. It provides a stream-lined interface for merchants to manage their orders entirely within the system.

January 2003

CyberBuild and CyberMall installations now have a built-in template for Affiliate Sign Up, Tracking, and Management system. Affiliate tracking and report is linked to the CyberClub account.

December 2002

New high-level price encryption mechanism is applied to CyberMall and CyberBuild, with an installation dependent encryption key. This completely stops any potential price-fraudulence on CyberShop.

Real-time server-side batch import module is shipped with CyberMall and CyberBuild. Can be used to import data files placed by admin or merchants onto the server. Contact us if you need assistance.

Study shows 50% of visitors never finish their ordering processes when purchasing online. The chance of getting the customers to find your site again is slim... However, CyberShop now captures and stores abandoned shopping cart orders, automatically sends emails to the visitors with links to resume the shopping process.

All CyberOffice eCommerce Components now support Sybase Adaptive Server and MySQL Server. A great news for customers looking for alternative to MS SQL Sever, at no cost of a fraction of cost to it.

Released CyberOffice Trading Mall (CyberMall), which offers an integrated enterprise-level trading platform that has three types of storefronts: A master trading mall where an end customer sees products and their vendors. A franchise storefront to display only products offered by a particular vendor. And a backend storefront for vendors to select and/or upload product information. Many source codes revealed.
